Od samego pocz\u0105tku nie nastawia\u0142am si\u0119 na d\u0142ugie 50- czy 60- minutowe treningi. Wtedy nie by\u0142am na to gotowa. Z reszt\u0105 nawet teraz rzadko decyduj\u0119 si\u0119 na pe\u0142nowymiarowe programy treningowe!!! Ch\u0119ci s\u0105 ogromne ale\u2026 no w\u0142a\u015bnie\u2026 czy to s\u0105 kolejne wym\u00f3wki?<\/p>\n<p>Ile razy czyta\u0142a\u015b, \u017ce wymy\u015blasz, \u017ce &#8222;dla chc\u0105cego nic trudnego&#8221;, \u017ce dzieci to nie problem, \u017ce jeste\u015b leniwa, itp? Ja takie teksty czyta\u0142am milion razy i szlag mnie trafia\u0142 jak widzia\u0142am kolejn\u0105 idealnie zorganizowan\u0105 mam\u0119, kt\u00f3ra ma czas na prace, sprz\u0105tanie, trening, dzieci, m\u0119\u017ca, spotkania z kole\u017cankami, kt\u00f3ra zawsze idealnie wygl\u0105da!<br \/>\nWiecie co? Ja mam czas na trening, na kr\u00f3tki trening, bo wymagam od Patryka, aby mi pomaga\u0142. Niestety, mimo tej pomocy, trening jest zawsze kosztem czego\u015b i nie chodzi mi teraz o dzieci, bo z nimi sp\u0119dzam bardzo du\u017co czasu.
